"KTS the Autonomous Center of Freiburg will stay"
The KTS Freiburg, one of the last autonomous Spaces in Southern Germany Süddeutschlands, managed to negociate a Contract +without term. The battles to maintain the KTS will now be fought again at every new urban household. But yesterday, today and tomorrow the slogan is: Not one day without the autonomous center!

"Process against the State in Freiburg because of RTS-Repression during the DIY-against the State Festival in July 2006"
The administrative Court of Freiburg rejected the lawsuit (Az. 3 K 1551/07) against the „Freiburger Kessel“ +(repressive-enclosure) on July the 29th 2006 during the DIY-Festival, as we expected it, on February the 20st. A City that destroys the livelihood of people who think and live differently with large scale Police Operations, has no +entitlement to call themselves an open and tolerant city. You have the law and we are right: But the ones who drub and lie, don't have to fear the juridical consequences, because +arbitrariness is wanted.

"Battle of the Freiburg "Strassenpunx""
After a few years, the "Strassenpunx" of Freiburg finally won their battle for a new waggon-Burg in February of 2008. After over threes years the move-in-stop was lifted on the City-Waggon space "Eselswinkel". On the beginning of March, the Strassenpunx moved onto the Eselswinkel.
